What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a payment option for online orders. It lets customers in Australia have their order shipped straight away and pay it off in four interest-free instalments, due every two weeks. Think of it as a modern layby, except you receive the item immediately.

Who can use it?

Afterpay is available if you:

• Live in Australia.
• Are at least 18 years old.
• Have an Australian debit or credit card.
• Have a valid Australian mobile number and email address.
• Are able to enter into a legally binding contract.

How it works

1. Add items to your bag and select Afterpay at checkout.
2. Log in or create an Afterpay account — approval is usually instant.
3. Pay the first instalment at the time of purchase.
4. The remaining three instalments are automatically debited every two weeks.

Order limits

Afterpay is available on orders between $50 and $1,000. New customers may have a lower initial limit which increases with payment history. Approval is at Afterpay's discretion, not ours.

Fees

Afterpay charges no interest. Late fees apply if a scheduled payment fails — currently capped by Afterpay at 25% of the order value or $68, whichever is less. Check Afterpay's own terms for current figures.

Zip

Zip is also available at checkout and works on similar terms. Eligibility and limits are set by Zip.

Returns on BNPL orders

Returns follow our standard returns policy. Refunds are processed back through the provider, who adjusts or cancels your remaining instalments. Keep making scheduled payments until they confirm the change.
