Questions about selling to us

Which countries can I sell from?

We buy from sellers in over 40 countries across Oceania, Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East. If your country appears in the dropdown on the form, we can buy from you. If it does not, submit the form anyway and select "Other" — we assess these case by case.

What will you buy from me?

Handbags, wallets, card holders, luggage, belts, scarves, sunglasses and fine or fashion jewellery. We buy both designer and quality high-street pieces. We do not buy counterfeits, and any item we identify as counterfeit will not be returned or paid for.

How do you decide what to offer me?

Our buying team assesses brand, model, condition, completeness (box, dust bag, receipt, authenticity card), current resale demand and comparable recent sales. Photos let us give an indicative offer; the final offer is confirmed after physical inspection.

How long until I get paid?

Typically 7–21 days end to end: up to 2 business days for our initial offer, 3–14 days for your parcel to reach us depending on where you are, 1–2 days for authentication, and your crypto sent within 48 hours of authentication passing.

Do I have to pay to send it?

No, we do. Once you accept an offer we email a prepaid, insured, tracked label. If you decline the final offer after inspection, we return the item at our cost.

Which cryptocurrencies can I be paid in?

Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC). You choose the network on the form. We can also pay by bank transfer if you would prefer — just note it in the description field.

How is the amount I receive calculated?

We make the offer in a fiat currency of your choice. When we pay you we convert at the spot rate quoted by our exchange partner at the moment of transfer, and we show you the exact rate used on your receipt. Because rates move, the crypto quantity you receive may differ from an estimate given earlier.

Do I need to verify my identity?

For lower-value sales, usually not. Above certain thresholds — which vary by country — anti-money-laundering rules require us to verify your identity and the source of the goods before we can pay you. If that applies to your sale we will tell you before you ship anything.

What about tax and customs?

Import duties, customs charges and any tax arising from selling us your item are your responsibility and depend on where you live. We are not tax advisers. If the sale is significant, get advice from a professional in your jurisdiction before proceeding.
