Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices exclude delivery unless stated. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when your order is placed. Where an item is listed at a manifestly incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel and refund.

Online promotions

During promotions, discounted prices are as marked unless a code must be entered at checkout. No further discounts apply and offers cannot be combined with any other offer. Offers run while stocks last, for a limited time, and can end without notice. Promotions cannot be applied to gift cards, and can be ended at any time at our discretion.

Sale and markdown

• Selected styles only unless stated otherwise. Prices as marked.
• Marked-down products are final sale — not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Limited time only, while stocks last.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher code.

Multi-buy offers

• Discount applies to the lowest-priced qualifying item in the bundle.
• Qualifying products are as marked on site; excluded lines are noted on the promotion page.
• Bundle items must be returned together — partial returns cannot be processed.
• Cannot be combined with any other offer.

Gift cards

• Valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
• Redeemable online only, in a single or multiple transactions until the balance is used.
• Not redeemable for cash, not refundable, and not reloadable.
• Lost or stolen cards are not replaced. Treat them like cash.
• Promotional discounts do not apply to the purchase of gift cards.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Zip. Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms. We do not store full card numbers. Cryptocurrency is used only to pay people who sell items to us, never as a way to pay for a retail purchase.

Stock availability

Products are subject to availability. Occasionally an item sells out between your order and our picking it, in which case we will contact you and refund that line in full.

Selling items to us

If you sell an item to us, that sale is governed by the seller terms at [LINK TO SELLER TERMS] and summarised on Sell Us Your Bag. In short: our offer is indicative until we physically inspect the item, you warrant that you legally own it, we may require identity verification before paying you, and cryptocurrency values can move between our offer and the moment we pay. We do not provide financial or investment advice.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, layout and code — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Accuracy of content

We take care with product descriptions and imagery, but colours vary between screens and measurements are approximate. We do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.

Governing law
